Whay can't I find my g-spot?

Troubleshooting a G-spot Vibrator

The female g-spot -- the equivalent to a man's prostate -- is a tricky area to find for many women. A g-spot vibrator is an excellent tool for self-discovery, as they are designed to automatically locate and stimulate the g-spot. However, some women still have difficulty locating the spot with these vibrators, so here are a few troubleshooting tips:

  • Check the location of the vibrator. With "g-spotters" remember that deep penetration is not the key. You may need to move the unit forward and down until your g-spot has been located.
  • Don't begin on high speed. The g-spot is not always aroused, as is the case with a penis. You have to manipulate it until it is palpable. Begin on low speeds or none at all (fingers work just as well to start out).
  • Listen to your body. Feel the sensations. That is the only real way you'll know if you and/or the vibrator have located your g-spot.
One arousal begins, some women feel the need to urinate. Don't stop stimulation; the feeling often gives way to deeper arousal and eventual orgasm.
