There is a long-standing debate between men (and women!) over which is preferred: a circumcised penis or an uncircumcised penis. In other words, the surgical removal of the top-most sheath of skin that covers the head of the penis. On one hand, it can be argued that circumcised penises are easier to keep clean. Also, for some people, circumcision means a more aesthetically pleasing penis as well. However, a strong case is also made that the tip of the uncircumcised penis is more sensitive, as it is kept covered most of the time. In the end, it's a matter of personal taste.
