Tip of the Week

What happens exactly during a penis erection? Very simply put, when a man becomes sexually aroused, blood flows into his penis at a faster rate than it flows out. This is called "vasocongestion." The penis becomes larger and harder -- what we refer to as an erection. As long as the blood flow into the penis remains at this faster rate, the erection will be sustained.
